Lead Time

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. This lead time does not include delivery times.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• We use a third-party courier service to deliver your order.

• A flat shipping fee of R75 applies to all orders, regardless of size or location nationwide. BUT, we also offer free collection in Paarl. 

• While we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we cannot be held liable for any damages, delays, or mishandling caused by the courier. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly to resolve the matter.

 

Order Customization

• Personalized designs are created based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all customization details are accurate when placing your order.

(Sheet sizes may differ with 1-3cms when we have a problem with paper stock or printer jams)

 

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue for review.

 

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

 

Privacy

• Your personal information will be used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your details with third parties except as necessary to complete your delivery.
